- Warranty is only valid if no further water damage has occurred.
- Warranty label must not be removed or damaged.
- Unless ‘collection’ is selected at checkout – it will be your responsibility to ship the unit to us.
- Outside Europe orders must fill in export documentation accurately stating that the unit is for repair and return / temporary export and also the value is less than $40.
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery from Outside Europe orders if the above has not been adhered to – as this will cause an import levy to be added by UK customs – this fee can sometime be more than the repair cost , and causes us a great amount of paperwork to reverse the charges.
- You will be responsible for any import issues on return back to your country.
- Express return does not imply express repair – repair times may vary but we try for a 5 to 7 working day turn around ,unless there is delays on parts or excessive damage.
- Delivery will be via UPS or Parcelforce – tracking details will be available once shipped – this will be sent automatically via txt or email.
- Delivery will be next WORKING day via express – or 2 to 3 days standard delivery.
- Saturday delivery may be possible (depending on area) – however this will incur a surcharge.
- ‘Pay after repair’ means – after we have completed repair and BEFORE dispatching unit back to you .
- Cancellation of order can be at any time – up until item has been repaired.
- Any payments will be refunded on cancellation of order – return shipping cost will then be your responsibility.
- Any item requiring return due to warranty issues will be collected from you at our expense.
- Returns ( at our expense ) are up to the end of the warranty period – either 12 months – lifetime on Mazda units .
- Lifetime returns at our expense are only if you were the original purchaser of the repair service .
- We will not share / sell or divulge your email address or contact number with any agency or organisation.
- We will not send spam or marketing emails or txt.
- We will use your details only to contact you about the status or repair.
- We will only share your telephone / email with our courier solely for the purpose of advising you on delivery status.
- We do not store or hold – credit / debit card or any financial details.
