What is a ‘ Priority repair ’ ?
Priority repair option means you jump the que to be added to the ‘ daily repair workload ‘ … we aim to complete ( where possible ) within 1 – 2 days.
Can we repair your amplifier?
This depends on the model of the amplifier and the damage there may be. Find your amplifier from the list on the right and read the content for more information. If you model is not listed then please feel free to contact us.
What happens if I send it and you decide it can’t be repaired ?
We have a good success rate with units – over 90% , occasionally with badly damaged units we may find that the reliability may be an issue or that it’s too badly damaged. We do still strip and inspect them and may attempt a repair . Our ethics are – if it’s not 100% repaired then there is no charge , regardless of any new components or time spent.
All we ask is to cover the cost of return carriage.
How long will it take ?
Usually units are assessed within 2 days – repair then usually within the next 4 or 5 working days . Please check tracking numbers etc. before you contact us – we may not have even received your unit yet , this can cause confusion as we wouldn’t be able to locate your unit.
How long is the warranty on repairs ?
All repairs come with a 12 month warranty … Mazda units have an owner lifetime warranty.
We must be clear – any further water damage is NOT covered – water leaks etc. must be repaired before the unit is refitted and covers / drain pipes etc. replaced.
We do coat the boards but this does not mean they are completely waterproof !
I am sending from outside Europe - what do I need to do ?
If you’re located outside of the European Union then there are certain UK Customs procedures you will need to follow , otherwise your package may be delayed or have import tax duty to pay. We give clear instructions here – https://boserepairexperts.co.uk/european-and-international-shipping-guide
We have a pre-filled customs CN23 form which must be attached to the outside of the package.

Can you arrange to collect my unit ?
We did provide this service in the past – but due to an increasing amount of ‘ missing ‘ parcels and also failed collections , we have had to withdraw this service.
