All we ask is to cover the cost of return carriage.
Usually units are assessed within 2 days – repair then usually within the next 4 or 5 working days . Please check tracking numbers etc. before you contact us – we may not have even received your unit yet , this can cause confusion as we wouldn’t be able to locate your unit.
All repairs come with a 12 month warranty … Mazda units have an owner lifetime warranty.
We must be clear – any further water damage is NOT covered – water leaks etc. must be repaired before the unit is refitted and covers / drain pipes etc. replaced.
We do coat the boards but this does not mean they are completely waterproof !

We have a pre-filled customs CN23 form which must be attached to the outside of the package.
